Shipping policy

Where your order ships from

ALDMERE orders are fulfilled by our production partner and shipped directly to your door. Skipping the warehouse and the retail markup is how we keep a pair at twenty-seven dollars.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within one to three business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes ten to twenty business days. Remote addresses and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days beyond that.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it is available, so check your spam folder if you have not seen it. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after your order ships.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders of $70.00 or more. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added after the fact.

If your order does not arrive

If your tracking has not updated in ten days, or your order has not arrived within thirty business days of being placed, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within twelve hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before it ships. Once a parcel has shipped to the address you provided, we cannot reroute it.
